Professor Bhik Kotecha

Professor Bhik Kotecha is a Consultant ENT Surgeon who currently practices at 17 Harley Street, London and at Nuffield Health Brentwood, Essex. Prior to retiring from the NHS he worked at Royal National Throat, Nose & Ear Hospital, London, and at Queens Hospital, Romford, Essex for nearly 25 years. He is an Honorary Clinical Professor at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, London. 

His sub-special interest includes evaluation and treatment of sleep related breathing disorders and has widely published in this field (www.snoringmanagement.com).

Elected as a topic expert for developing NICE guidelines on sleep disordered breathing (2018-2021)

He has been the past President of the Sleep Medicine Section at the Royal Society of Medicine, London. 

He has been the recipient of the Hospital Doctor Team of The Year Award for Sleep Medicine.
